been redesigned to be easier to use on smart phones and tablets
while maintaining the simplicity of the previous version.
What's Changed?
- To sign into the web site, please click or tap on the 'Please
Sign In' link above and you will be redirected to the new dedicated
login page.
- To book a collection, view your account summary or find information
about how our service works, please click or tap on the menu icon
in the top right of the page. This will show a selection of links
which from which you can select your desired option.
Registering with the Web Site
If you are considering using our ironing service then you must
register with the web site. This is for the following reasons:
- As part of the registration process we check that your post
code is within the area that we cover.
- All bookings need to be made using the online diary as we are
unable to accept collection requests by phone.
- You must be registered to receive booking confirmations, invoice
amount notifications and to use the online payment facility.
Getting Your Ironing Done
If you have decided that you would like us to do your ironing and
you have registered with the web site, you can arrange for us to
collect your items by clicking or tapping on the 'Book a Collection'
option in the menu in the top right corner of the web page. This
will display our online diary where you can select which day you
would like us to pick up your ironing.
After selecting the collection day you can choose the speed with
which your ironing is completed. if you choose our standard service
then your job will be returned in two working days or in one working
day for the express service.
Note that customers are unable to call at our premises to drop
off or pick up their ironing. All jobs must be booked through the
online diary and collected / delivered by one of our drivers.
On the Collection Day
Please put your ironing in a bag ready for collection in advance
of our driver arriving. Any type of bag is suitable but we prefer
laundry bags or black sacks. This will help to keep your items clean
and separate from other customers' ironing while in transit.
Our driver will arrive between 6:00pm and 9:30pm on the selected
day. Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific times.
On the Delivery Day
Your ironing will be returned in either one or two working days
depending on the service level you selected. Trousers, jackets,
shirts, polo shirts and blouses will be returned on hangers with
a plastic covering. All other items will likely be folded.
The driver will arrive between 6:00pm and 9:30pm on the designated
day. Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific times.
Recycling
We will gladly take back any wire hangers from previous jobs to
be re-used. Please give them to our driver when he is collecting
or delivering your ironing.
Please note that we cannot take back the plastic coverings.
Collection and Delivery Policy
So that we can continue to offer free collection and delivery all
customers must take their turn on the most efficient route for our
driver and therefore we cannot accept requests to arrive at specific
times.
