About Our Ironing Service

BoredOfChores.co.uk has been providing a professional ironing service in the Orpington and Bromley areas since 2007. A free collection and delivery service is available to all addresses within 3 miles of our Locksbottom base and all ironing is returned in 1 or 2 working days* depending on what service level you choose.

The list of areas that we currently serve includes: Orpington, Bromley, Locksbottom, Farnborough Village, Green Street Green, Cudham, Biggin Hill, Keston, West Wickham, Coney Hall, Hayes, Bickley, Chislehurst, Beckenham, Sidcup and Petts Wood.

You can arrange for us to collect your ironing online by registering with this website and then selecting the 'Book a Collection' link or you can call us on 01689 666111. Collections can be arranged up to 4 weeks in advance and we can collect today* if your booking is made before 5:00pm.

We are fully insured and all ironing is performed in a clean and smoke-free environment, ensuring that it is returned to you as clean as when it was collected. Shirts, blouses, trousers and skirts are returned on individual hangers and covered in polythene, all other items will be returned folded in polythene bags.

Please note that currently ironing cannot be dropped off or collected from our premises. All ironing must be collected and delivered by one of our drivers.

*Working days are Monday to Friday. If the service level you have chosen indicates that your delivery would be due on a Saturday or Sunday, your ironing will actually be delivered 2 days later on Monday or Tuesday respectively.
