without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website
are only open to you if you register. |

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating
this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review
the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on
you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded
by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular
pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms
and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue
to use this Website. |

USING OUR SERVICES |
|
|

2.1 |
You are deemed to have booked a collection with us by booking
via our online booking process. As part of our booking process you
will be given the opportunity to check your booking and to correct
any errors. We will send you an acknowledgement of your booking,
detailing the date and service level that you have requested.
|
|
2.2 |
If your booking is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the
collection is due to take place, the contract for us to collect
your items for ironing, iron those items and return them to you
will be made unless we have notified you that we do not accept your
booking or have cancelled your booking.
|
|
2.3 |
We may refuse to accept a booking:
(a) If our service is not available on the requested day;
(b) where there is an outstanding balance on your account;
(c) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms
and conditions.
|
|
2.4 |
If we attempt to collect your items for ironing and no items are
presented for collection, or if we attempt to return your completed
ironing and no person is available to accept delivery, a £3.50
fee for each failed collection or delivery will be charged. |
|
2.5 |
Each booking is subject to a minimum order value. Any job totaling
less than the minimum order fee, as stated on our prices page, will
be rounded up to the minimum order value. |
|
2.6 |
Payment can be made online before your ironing is returned or by
cash or cheque on delivery of your completed ironing.
|
|
2.7 |
All invoices must be checked on delivery. |
|
2.8 |
Any items collected by BoredOfChores.com Ltd that are already damaged
will be returned unironed in a separate container from those items
that have been ironed. |
|
2.9 |
BoredOfChores.com Ltd must be notified of any missing items within
24 hours of your ironing being delivered. We will accept no responsibility
for items missing after this period. |
|
2.10 |
BoredOfChores.com operates a weekday only service, therefore where
we mention '24hr' service, your ironing will be returned on the next
weekday, where we mention '48hr' service, your ironing will be returned
in two weekdays time. Weekdays are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
and Friday. |

2.11 |
BoredOfChores.com Ltd reserve the right not to iron any item
collected. Any non-ironed items will not be invoiced and will be
returned in a separate container from those items that have been
ironed. Reasons for the refusal include, but are not limited to:
a) The item was already damaged when collected from the customer
b) Ironing the item could damage the item because of the fabric
type or condition
c)The item is not suitable for ironing.

3. |
PRICING |
|

3.1 |
Our prices do not include VAT as we are not registered for VAT.
|
|
3.2 |
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and
other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified
pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website. |
|
3.3 |
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and without
prior notification. |
|
3.4 |
The price charged for ironing an item will be the price published
on our website on the day of the collection. Because we allow bookings
to be made up to 4 weeks in advance, the price published on the day
of collection may be different to the price published on the day the
collection was booked. |

|
4. |
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY |
|
|
|
|
4.1 |
If you wish to cancel your booking:
(a) you can notify us by email to customer_services@boredofchores.co.uk
at least 24 hours before we are due to collect your ironing; or
(b)if it is at least 24 hours before the collection is due to take
place you can use our online account management tools to cancel the
booking. |
|
4.2 |
If an item is proven to have been damaged whilst being ironed
by BoredOfChores.com Ltd, we will pay compensation for a maximum
of one item per booking up to a maximum value of £25 if the
following criteria is satisfied:
a) BoredOfChores.com Ltd is notified of the damage within 24hrs
of the item being returned to you.
b) The item is returned to BoredOfChores.com Ltd at your expense
to the following address:

c)After payment of any compensation, the item becomes the property
of BoredOfChores.com Ltd.

LICENCE |

5.1 |
You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website
for your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified
in any way;
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying
text; and
(c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission
notice appear in all copies. |

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property
rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation
photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors.

Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you

you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password,

We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our
reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under
